TITLE: RESERVATION COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE JOB:
Seeking great communicators for a Customer Service/Call Center position as a Reservation Coordinator for a travel company. You will be responsible for managing phone calls and emails from travelers to create/adjust their travel reservations in a reservation software program. You will accept/post their payments, monitor their reservations and support their requests and questions, also entering their information into the database, process brochures, and provide full-circle follow-up.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of minimal experience performing in a call-center environment and/or a travel-planning role. Experience with a cruise line or travel agency would be ideal.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google documents and be able to quickly adapt to a travel reservation software. Previous experience is ideal.
- Professional communication skills

- 10-Key proficiency
- Critical thinking, able to adapt to a high-volume environment
- College degree is preferred
- Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
